PA Department of Education Policy Interpretations

The Pennsylvania Department of Education routinely interprets state and federal regulations and issues guidance statements that are helpful in understanding the laws and how they are applied. The Department's Basic Education Circulars (BECs) are searchable both through an index and a search box feature on the Pennsylvania Department of Education website.
