The Pennsylvania Department of Education regularly drafts answers to questions that arise on issues related to special education. The Department periodically publishes these questions and answers. The Chapter 14 Questions & Answers lists (see below) are generally not organized by topic. However, the lists are generally short, so reviewing them for topics of interest is not difficult or time consuming.
Finally, the federal government has prepared answers to 40 commonly asked questions about IDEA '97, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
